Definition
Contract in which the University gives in Management Usage the facilities of a property, to another party referred to as USER, who aknowledges the acceptance of said facilities and who will pay a determinate recovery fee.

Procedure:
- Request from the Director or the Administrative Secretary of the faculties.
- Documents evidencing the personality of the natural or legal person to whom the administrative use will be given to. (Constitutive Act, Power of Attorney, ID, TIN, Proof of address.)
- Making of the Agreement.
- Signing of the Agreement.
- Sending of the Agreement to the related areas.
- Digitalization
- Filing
Documentation that must be included in the dossier:
- Request
- Documents evidencing the personality of the Institution or person.
- Original Agreement properly signed by the parties.
- Official letter of dispatch to the Institution or person of the signed Agreement.
- Official letter of dispatch to the University areas involved.
