Definition

Contract in which the University gives in Management Usage the facilities of a property, to another party referred to as USER, who aknowledges the acceptance of said facilities and who will pay a determinate recovery fee.

Procedure:

  1. Request from the Director or the Administrative Secretary of the faculties.
  2. Documents evidencing the personality of the natural or legal person to whom the administrative use will be given to. (Constitutive Act, Power of Attorney, ID, TIN, Proof of address.)
  3. Making of the Agreement.
  4. Signing of the Agreement.
  5. Sending of the Agreement to the related areas.
  6. Digitalization
  7. Filing

Documentation that must be included in the dossier:

  1. Request
  2. Documents evidencing the personality of the Institution or person.
  3. Original Agreement properly signed by the parties.
  4. Official letter of dispatch to the Institution or person of the signed Agreement.
  5. Official letter of dispatch to the University areas involved.
