About this

In Development Center, we are dedicated to analyze and solve The Computer Science Faculty, the UAQ and external entities through professional software development projects where students can get involved putting into practice the knowledge acquired during their university preparation, in where they can also be trained to improve their skills and work experience. It is so, our team is made up of students from all the syllabus and teachers who are involved in multidisciplinary projects, allowing their contact, and subsequent integration, with the labor society.

In Development Center we can teach you, train you and guide you to become a successful developer for companies, in addition to that you can perform your Social Service, Professional Practices, or receive advice on various subjects of each syllabus.

The first ALFA training group begins in 2015 with the objective that students can join the Development Center with the necessary knowledge to get involved in real projects in the early semester. We currently have two training groups that can be accessed by faculty students regardless of their study program. These groups called ALFAS and BETAS are prepared extracurricularly to acquire practical knowledge using tools and languages ​​for developing solutions. Currently 127 students are integrated into these groups.
