The psycho-pedagogical requirements for candidates in the program of Technical Degree in Nursing are:
Graduate profile
Graduates must have the theoretical and methodological skills allowing them to participate in open public health programs and put into practice the preventative elements of physical and emotional care. The first level of attention consists of access to services, which are primarily focused on the preservation of health through promotional programs, timely diagnosis, epidemiological vigilance, opportune treatment, basic healing, rehabilitation, and specific protection. At the second level of attention nurses will be trained to provide attention to patients with the most pathologies in the state through preventative, curative, technical, administrative, and rehabilitative measures. The graduate must understand human beings, families, and society itself, including all of the concomitant necessities, contradictions, and possibilities.
