Entrance Requirements:
The aspiring students that incorporate to this Master program shall have the following characteristics:

Being a transfer student from Bachelor of Veterinary & Zoology Technology Medicine, Agronomy Engineering and/or its different branches, Zootechnician Engineer, Biology, Food Engineering, Administration, or related branches of animal stock production.

The new students should be interested in the making of innovating proposals in the health specialty areas, or production related to the sustainable development of animal stock.

Graduate’s Profile
The Masters in Health & Sustainable Animal Production will be capable to cover any of the capabilities in the selected specialty area as shown:
- Generate & promote sustainable system in animal production under different agro-ecological conditions, considering the interaction between the animal components, the environment & society.
- Elaborate integral & sustainable control programs & disease eradication, as well as implementing follow up mechanisms & the evaluation of such.
- Handling the sampling methods, sample handling & the lab results epidemiology interpretation
- Being able to develop projects associated with animal health & technology transfer
- Knowing the international animal health & innocuousness statutes that rule international commerce
- Mastering computer programming for the necessary logging, handling & analyzing disease information
- Mastering the methods of follow up & evaluation of health animal programs, as well as disease sprouting and epidemic scanning mechanisms
- Generate & develop projects associated with animal health & technology transfer

Working may be possible in public and private institutions, agricultural and animal and health laboratories.
