Objectives
To improve the formation of Biologists by means of a study program that would incorporate the substantial advances in the biological sciences in recent years, and offer the knowledge and necessary skills to confront current Biology development, promoting responsibility of the individualized student formation.
Entrance Profile
In order to consider a candidate to the Bachelor of Biology Degree, the candidate shall posses the following characteristics:
Having completed the sole general Baccalaureate in Chemistry, or Biology, or in the Physics & Mathematics areas
Having covered the admission process which includes taking the introduction course that the Bachelor of Biology offers and take the EXHOBA examination
Cover the registration established rules as per the U.A.Q.’s requirements

Work Field:
In the biodiversity, ecology, sustainable management of the natural resources, physiology, Neuro-Biology, Genetics, Cellular & Molecular Biology among other disciplines within this science.
The Biologist tends to shape with the academic solid bases, wide criteria and deep thinking capacity, besides the good methodological & technical bases, to confront different scientific, technological and cultural scientific problems related to Biology, government and industry.
