Students aspiring to study in the Bachelor's Degree Program in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry must:

Show an interest in animals and a willingness to learn the fundamentals that allow them to attend to their health.

Be conscious of the country's dietary problems and show a desire to participate in developing a solution.

Graduates of the Bachelor’s Degree program in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry:

Field of Work:
Students of the Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry will use their skills in the following areas:
- The commercialization, transformation production and the conservation of foods of animal origin; as well as the conservation of public health and the environment.
- The health and breeding of conventional and non-conventional animal species.
- The health and breeding of conventional and non-conventional animal species.
- The technology and production of food.
- The promotion and preservation of public health.
The preservation of the environment.
- The public and private management of the sanitary systems of production and services related to their professional fields of work.
- Research and the passing on of scientific and technical knowledge.
