Entrance Profile
Candidates for the Specialization in Labor Law must have the following profile: skills of observation and perception for recognizing details relating to people, objects, documents, places, and events, for the purpose of writing up a detailed description; skills of concentration; candidates must not suffer from any severe psychological disorders; skills of analysis and synthesis; interest in collaborating in the fostering of social harmony; physical health and mnemonic ability.
Students must have general knowledge of law, economic systems, psychology, and sociology, as well as research methods and techniques.
Graduate Profile
The gone away one(graduated one) will be provided with the theoretical and practical knowledges necessary to develop in any of the activities inherent to the field of the labour law, so much in the labour, productive and public sector; besides, one will possess(rely on) deep knowledges on the procedure of social right; he(she) will identify accurately(finely) the principles, procedure and institutions that interfere in the labour law, as well as his(its) organization and administrative functioning; besides, they will provide the sufficient bases to him(her) to continue with studies of Mastery.
Field of Work
Specialists in Labor Law will be able to work as consultants in matters concerning labor, and as public functionaries relating to labor issues.
