Additional Admission Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree title issued by an academic institution recognized by the National Institution of Universities and Institutions of Higher Education (ANUIES) or by the Secretary of Public Education.
- Master's degree title in administration or in a related science.
- Knowledge of the theories, methods and techniques of administration.
- Attitude: responsibility, perseverance and a critical eye.
- Be professor-researcher in the area of accounting-administration.
- Ability to work in teams.
- Innovative, creative and inspired attitude towards social commitment.
- Have been favorably evaluated by the Academic Council.
- Attend the induction courses.
- Pass an exam of knowledge covering the subjects of administration, production, and marketing, the human factor, finance and strategic administration.
- Pass an exam of comprehension and translation of texts in English.
- Pass an aptitude test for postgraduate studies, the CENEVAL EXANI III (www.ceneval.edu.mx).

- Methodological training in research (an understanding of the principal research methods in the socio-administrative sciences and a command of the basic techniques of collection and analysis of data).

Knowledge of the main theoretical trends in their discipline, as well as the epistemological fundamentals, studying in depth those related to their research.
- Understanding of the methodological and technical research principles used in the discipline of administration.
- Ability to identify the essential problems in organizations and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ability to get involved and promote multi- and interdisciplinary research projects, at the national as well as the international level.
- Ability for critical reflection that allows them to carry out original contributions.
- Ability to communicate research results in a structured manner.
- Ability to put into practice the relevant results from their research.

Graduates of the Ph.D. program in Administration will be able to use their skills in the following areas:
