General Objective

The General Advocate's Office relies directly to the Dean's office and its function is basically to legally represent the University in judicial issues, defend it and sponsor it in all instances of the trials that she promotes or that are promoted against her with the purpose of the application, fulfillment and interpretation of all made contracts or legal acts that she promotes or are promoted against her. Likewise, it is responsible for advising legally the Dean's office, under full-time conditions.

Specific Objective

To contribute to strenghten the performance of the substantive functions, for the purpose of achieving a better affiliation between the juridic, academic and administrative activity within the current legal framework in an attitude of respect and strength of the university's autonomy.
